(More customer reviews)Took it out of the package. Turned it on. Got a sensor error (failed self test). Called company. Very nice. Sent me a replacement next day air. Replacement did same thing. Called company which said "sensor is in wrong and I canNot tell you how to put it in right on the phone, try every position". I did just that. And on the 4th turn (back to original position), it worked! Highly suspicious. I then shut the unit off. Turned it on and got a sensor error. Performed same process with original detector and it never worked. Ok. Return them both.
I gave the product two stars because they were so nice. The had no problem accepting the return and no problem admitting that there must be a manufacturing issue. They promised to get to the root of this problem via the manufacturer. This kind of attitude will lead to success, if not now, then later.
